Why Print On Demand?

Why have we chosen to print our products on demand? Simple, it allows us to keep our prices reasonable while still utilizing the highest quality materials for our apparel to ensure that you love the item you receive and that it lasts you several years.

Shipment Times:

Our shipment times are heavily based on current demand, but for the vast majority of orders, we expect a delivery time as early as two weeks to as late as six weeks.

• orders we expect a delivery between 3-6 weeks

Cancelling or Changing orders:

Due to us utilizing print-on-demand, we have a limited window where we can cancel or adjust your order, if you need any adjustments please email us within 2 business days at Astrayincorporated@gmail.com

Returns:

Our print-on-demand means we produce each order tailored specifically for you and as such are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items. If any item is received damaged, contact us at Astrayincorporated@gmail.com and we can work with you to receive a return and send you an undamaged product.

• If you have not received your product by the 7th Week since the order was placed we will issue a full refund to you plus a curtesy 10$ for our delay
